With its soft color, this rosé, produced in part by bleeding and direct pressing, reveals a beautiful expression combining nervousness and roundness. The nose is floral and delicate. On the palate, notes of ripe strawberries, blackcurrant buds and fresh mint. Well-structured to accompany a sunny lunch or gourmet dinner.
