AOP LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE

The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in the same barrels used to mature Coin Caché Blanc, as well as in concrete eggs. Aging lasts a year on lees, with regular stirring of the lees during the first 6 months.

This is a surprising wine with a very delicate nose of rose petals, fruit and a hint of toast. The palate is long and structured. This is a gastronomic wine that can be kept for 3-4 years. It goes well with an entire meal.
