HIDDEN CORNER WHITE 2023

AOP LES BAUX DE PROVENCE

Essentially composed of Roussane grapes, this atypical wine features on the finest Michelin-starred tables. After skin maceration, the grapes are pressed and placed in barrels, where fermentation begins. During aging on lees, the wine is stirred weekly for 6 months.

Its notes of buttered brioche and toasted bread harmonize perfectly with truffle brouillade, chicken with morel mushrooms or fish in cream sauce. It also pairs well with goat's cheese and Parmesan.
