Autumn Letter 2025

2025 will be a fine vintage. The bunches were picked at full ripeness and were in perfect health, enabling us to carry out some fine macerations.

The colors are deep and the aromas intense. The wines are now entering the ageing phase, an important step in refining them.

The vines, finally relieved of their bunches, will take advantage of the next few weeks to rest.

Before falling, their leaves produce reserves that are stored in the roots, waiting to be drawn on in spring.

Now it's the turn of the olive trees to take center stage. To be ready for the harvest, the trunks are cleared of twigs so that, in a week's time, we can install the nets into which the olives will fall.

This was our 30th harvest since we took over the Mas in 1995!

It was an opportunity to bring together family, friends, colleagues and all those with whom we have worked for so many years, and to celebrate this joyous and moving moment together.

2025 also celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Baux-de-Provence PDO.

For the occasion, the Sarragan quarries opened their doors to us and we were able to organize an incredible day of encounters between PDO winemakers and the public.

Thank you for coming in such large numbers!

Summer also extends to the cellar, where many visitors still come to enjoy a picnic, a tour or a tasting.
