CORNER CACHE 2022 MAGNUM

Le Coin Caché is one of the oldest plots on the estate.

Isolated at the foot of the hill, in the garrigue, it produces top-quality Grenache. Picked in crates at the limit of over-ripeness in late September, weather permitting, the Grenache is vinified separately, then aged for fifteen months in oak barrels before being blended with the Syrah.

At once powerful, elegant and fine, Coin Caché has a style all its own, and a highly original expression of strawberry soup, cherry brandy and prunes.

Serve with small game, prime rib or Provençal stew.
