AOP LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE

This wine reveals a lovely spicy, mineral nose with notes of ripe fruit, licorice and a hint of roasted bell pepper on the finish.

It was aged for a year in new one and two-wine barrels. Its ageing potential is 10 years.

A perfect accompaniment to a fine veal or Camargue bull chop, but also to game in autumn.

Grape varieties :

• Predominantly Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
• Grenache and Mourvèdre
