This powerful, warm wine is warm and spicy on the palate, with good intensity, structure and complexity on red fruits and spices.
Harvested by hand at the very limit of over-ripeness, this cuvée is a perfect accompaniment to red meats, game and rabbit stew.

• Complement of Mourvèdre and Syrah
