This wine reveals a lovely spicy, mineral nose with notes of ripe fruit, licorice and a slight finish of roasted bell pepper.
Aged for one year in new barrels, one and two wines. Ageing potential is 10 years.
A perfect accompaniment to a fine veal or Camargue bull chop, but also to game in autumn.
