This wine is a classic of the terroir, with the spicy aromas of the garrigue: thyme, rosemary, laurel and wild arugula. This winein is well-balanced between power and suppleness, concentration and lightness, giving it the quality of being versatile and appreciated in any situation. 

Enjoy it with artichokes barigoule, leg of lamb and ratatouille, or red and white meats.
