Spring newsletter 2026
Spring is finally here! And with it the long-awaited sunshine. Nature may be emerging from its winter torpor, but the Mas de la Dame teams have been busy over the last few months.
Since December, the fifty hectares of vines have had to be pruned. A very important operation to prepare the future harvest while ensuring the longevity of the vines. And all this despite the (many!) rains which made access to certain plots difficult.
After pruning, it's time for complantation. This involves replacing dead vines with young plants, which need special care during their first few years of life.
And to guide the outside teams, we were delighted to welcome Nathalie! A new lady, freshly arrived in January, to take over from Jean-Claude in the vineyard.
With her zest for life and expertise, she immediately became part of our big family, and is already setting up new projects.

On her tractor, she criss-crosses the plots to prepare the soil and stem the weeds that take advantage of the first rays of spring sunshine to grow vigorously.
If there's anyone who's happy to see this grass growing, it's our shepherdesses' sheep. For the past 3 months, Mathilde and Léa's flocks have been taking turns grazing on our plots. They have left the vineyards, where the buds are beginning to open, to go to the olive groves and the sown fallows, which are now in flower.
The landscapes are becoming more beautiful, as if preparing to delight the eyes of the visitors who will soon be arriving. The buildings, too, have taken advantage of the winter to give themselves a facelift: the path up to the Mas has been resurfaced, and the cellar furniture has been repainted. A welcome breath of fresh air before the start of the new season.

The season is off to a flying start, with numerous workshops organized at Mas de la Dame.
Thursday, March 26
Barbara awaits you for a lecture-workshop on the theme of ultra-processed foods, how and why to avoid them, followed by a dinner in keeping with the theme, accompanied by our wines.
Saturday, March 28
Le Clos des Oliviers will welcome naturopath Lina Beneterrah for a face-sculpting workshop using olive oil, followed by a brunch featuring flowers and medicinal plants.

Saturday, April 11th
Aurélien, florist and founder of Maison Guintoli, will lead a floral workshop followed by a convivial moment with cheese and charcuterie boards and wine tasting.
April also marks the start of our Spring Visits! During April, May and June, we invite you to join us every Tuesday at 2.30pm for a guided tour of the Mas de la Dame vineyard and cellar, followed by a wine tasting session with spreads. You can already register for future sessions by calling or e-mailing us.

This visit is an opportunity to (re-)discover our know-how and our products, grown organically since 2003. Up until now, this certification was only displayed on our wines, but we will now also be displaying it on our oils, which will soon be bearing the «Eurofeuille» logo.
Organic, a certification and a value dear to our Baux-de-Provence PDO, was on show at the Wine Paris international wine fair in February. It was a first for Mas de la Dame. It was an opportunity to showcase the estate and our beautiful appellation to professionals from all over the world.

And for private customers outside mainland France who are unable to order from our online store, we have a solution! Our wines are available on the following websites vivino.com and monvinfrançais.com. Wines are stored with us until dispatch, and can be delivered to a large number of European countries, and another of our contacts can also ship to the rest of the world.
Cheers to that!
As always, we'll be delighted to welcome you to our cellar to help you discover our wines and olive oils, from 8.30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
See you soon in our beautiful setting,
Anne and Caroline
