Winter letter 2025

The olive harvest, which began at the end of October, has just come to an end. We're one of the few estates to have had a good harvest this year.

We'll soon be bottling the new oil with its characteristic aromas, which last less than 3 months. If you've never tasted it before, now's your chance!

In the cellar, ageing of the 2025 vintage continues. In November, the first red wine of the vintage was racked into new barrels. The wine will age gently in these same barrels for 15 months.

The first blending tasting of whites and rosés also took place. This allowed us to determine the composition of the cuvées that will be bottled in January. Once again, we'll soon have a lovely vintage for you to discover!

As the store is usually quieter in November, we took the opportunity to make a big change: we upgraded our cash register! Believe us, it was quite a job. The loyalty system has evolved too, but don't worry, all the kitty's have been saved. A real early Christmas present.

Christmas, a moment dear to the hearts of the Mas de la Dame team. Nicole and her fairy fingers have once again transformed the cellar to adorn it in its winter colors, in an enchanting setting.

Enchanting...and a little magical, since a pixie has taken up residence here for the Advent period, and surprises us every day with a little prank (which you can find on our Instagram account)!

This year, Mathilde (our favorite shepherdess) didn't just bring her sheep to Mas de la Dame. Goats too, of course. But also her photos!

Mathilde takes beautiful photos, and we're delighted to be able to display them in our store, alongside those of her photographer and shepherd friend Alex Pagliarini.

The vernissage was the occasion for us to organize a vin chaud. We were delighted to see so many of you at the event.

For the end of the year, we are holding our usual sale of old vintages. 

Bottle or magnum, a few years old or more than a decade old, the choice is yours to indulge yourself or to accompany your festive meals.

You can also (re-)discover Clos des Oliviers cosmetics, The composition has been reworked to be even more respectful of the skin and the environment. We've prepared several gift sets to be found in our boutiques and on our website!

Oil, wine, tapenades...when you visit us, you'll find several baskets ready to be placed under the Christmas tree.

And if we don't have the one you want, we'll compose it for you. 

By the way, if you come to visit us, you'll certainly notice a few changes: we've redesigned our signs!

This modernization, better integrated into the landscape, is a good thing.

And we have a new stele! The one painted for Mas de la Dame by Alix d'Anselme for the 30th anniversary of the Baux-de-Provence PDO has been installed along the path leading up to Mas de la Dame.

Perhaps the one mentioned in Nostradamus' prediction?
